Processing Time: Most of our creations are made to order, while some are pre-made. For items that are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days to initiate shipping as we carefully hand cut and hand stitch your order. For items in stock, please allow 2 business days to initiate shipping.

Shipping Time: For shipments within India, depending on your location, you should receive your order within 1-4 business days of shipping. We use express shipping and you will receive the tracking code on your registered email once we ship the order. For international shipments, the shipping times can vary between 7-15 business days.

Shipping Locations and Fees: We ship worldwide. For shipments within India, we offer a free express shipping service. For international locations, do get in touch with us before you place an order so we can provide you the estimated shipping charges. Please note that depending on the international destination, additional charges in the form of customs duty may have to be borne by the recipient, payable to the shipping courier company.

In the very rare event that we cannot ship to a location for a booked order, we will refund the order amount if an alternate shipping arrangement cannot be agreed upon between us. 

Your Personal Information: We need the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number at check-out for shipping purposes. This information is not stored on our servers, but we do share it with the payment gateway and shipping company to provide you with the necessary services. We do not sell your information to any third parties.


We put a lot of heart and soul into making that perfect product for you. But we get it. Sometimes, you may want to return what you purchased.

You can initiate a return request within 365 days of your order date as long as your purchase is in an unused, new condition and stored in its original packaging with all original tags and literature. Please note that custom orders and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please email us to request a Return Authorization at and we will send you further instructions on the return process.

If your return is approved, you will be issued a full refund in the original mode of payment or a store credit, whichever you prefer. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please note: Godbolé Gear cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Godbolé Gear.

If you find a product defective/damaged on arrival: Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. We stand by the quality of our products. Each item is inspected before shipping. However, should there be a rare occurrence of a damaged/defective/wrong product, please send us pictures at within 3 days of receiving the package. We will take care of the rest.

WARRANTY Information

All Godbolé Gear products come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of three years from the date of purchase subject to responsible use.

During this warranty period, a defective product will be repaired or replaced free of cost. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller. Beyond the three year period, any servicing or repairs will be chargeable based on the repair work required. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

What is considered a defect: While extremely unlikely, broken stitches, broken buckles, broken rivets, leather ripping apart along stitches or joints are considered defects

What is NOT considered a defect: Natural variation in the structure of the leather (density is different at different points in the hide), marks on leather inherent to full grain leather (these occur due to scars acquired over the life of an animal), natural color variation from product to product due to vegetable-tanned leather and natural dyes – these are hallmarks of authentic full grain leather and NOT defects. Similarly, the leather surface can develop cracks over the years, if not conditioned periodically. This is also not considered a defect.

What does responsible use mean?

  • Use your leather product as intended. For e.g. If you own a wallet designed to hold four cards, and you decide you really must start carrying more cards, please choose from one of our other designs. Exceeding a product’s specification can greatly reduce its life.
  • Don’t expose it to heat. Leather dries up and can crack if left in high heat environments for extended periods of time. E.g. in a hot car. 
  • Don’t try to test if it’s waterproof. It’s not. While the exterior of the leather has some resistance to water, if leather stays in water, it can shrink and may lose shape.
  • Use common sense! Don’t throw it in the sea, dump it in a vat of chlorine or give it to your dog as a chew toy; the list could go on…
  • Show the leather some love! Every 6 months or whenever the leather begins to look dirty or dry:
    • Wipe the leather down with a soft, clean and damp cloth to get rid of dust and dirt.
    • DO NOT clean with household cleaners like bleach/Clorox/Colin etc.!
    • Dab a little bit of olive oil on a clean soft cloth and lightly apply it on the surface of the leather in a circular motion. Remember a little goes a long way

Warranty does not cover any type of damage caused by neglect or misuse (e.g. cracking leather due to exposure to high heat environments, shrunken leather due to exposure to water, abrasion due to harsh cleaning agents etc.), accidental damages (e.g. a truck running over it) or purely cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather).

Godbolé Gear reserves the right to change the above mentioned terms & conditions of warranty without prior notice. The warranty terms applicable to your purchase will be those in force as of your order date. They will also be mentioned on your product information guide.
