We put a lot of heart and soul into making that perfect product for you. In the rare event that you don't like what you see, or you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your package within 365 days of your order date.
You will receive a 100% refund on the purchase price of the item, on the condition that your purchase is in an unused, new condition and safely stored in its original packaging with all original tags and literature.
We cannot accept returns, nor issue refunds on items that have been used, tried on or have a worn out look due to improper storage conditions.
Please note that custom orders and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your return is approved, you will be issued a full refund in the original mode of payment. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please email us to request a Return Authorization at email@example.com and we will send you further instructions on the return process.

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. We stand by the quality of our products. Each item is inspected before shipping. However, should there be a rare occurrence of a damaged/defective/wrong product, please send us pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the package. We will take care of the rest.
